Connect & Community
The GUIDE MD Hub
Navigate together, grow further. Every road leads back to Discord, where trainees find OSCE partners, ask questions at 2 a.m., and trade the resources nobody else hands out.
- Clinical Case Reviews & Podcasts — imaging quizzes, guidance-hub advice, and study rooms that are actually active.
- Ward Resources & Pathways — high-yield frameworks, acute ward checklists, and step-by-step IMG guides.
- Global Community & Wellness — peer support across continents, because no one should navigate the wards alone.
- Mock OSCE Circuit — structured peer practice with examiner feedback and station-specific checklists.

Are You an Attending or Fellow?
We're building a home for clinical mentorship and need senior clinicians willing to mentor. If you have 30 minutes a month to answer real clinical questions from students and residents, we'd love to have you.
Institutional Partnerships
We're partnering with medical university student councils to distribute our resources and recruit senior mentors. If you represent an institution, we'd like to talk.
Questions Worth Asking
The things a skeptical trainee should ask before joining anything.
Yes, completely. We run on a zero-profit, volunteer-only model, no one on the team draws a salary, and there's no membership fee, paywall, or premium tier for the Hub, the podcast, or The Compass.
No. Our founding roots are in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia and we cover the SMLE in detail, but the Hub and our resources are built for trainees everywhere. Pathway Mentorship also maps the USMLE, MCCQE, and PLAB routes for the US, Canada, and UK.
Every script, template, and podcast episode is drafted by our trainee team and then reviewed by a licensed physician before it goes live. It's a standing two-stage process, not a one-time check.
Any. We built this for pre-meds through attendings. Medical students and interns use it for ward survival and OSCE prep, IMGs use it for pathway mentorship, and senior residents and attendings join as mentors and content reviewers.
No, this is a zero-tolerance policy. Every case discussed, whether in a podcast episode or a Discord study room, is fictional or a fully anonymized composite. Real patient data is never shared.
We're not a question bank. GUIDE MD focuses on what those don't cover: history-taking scripts, ward documentation templates, pathway logistics, and a live community. Think of it as sitting alongside your Qbank, not replacing it.
Join The GUIDE MD Hub on Discord; that's the center of everything. Students verify automatically, and interns and above go through a short manual check to keep clinical discussions credible.
